Over 300 steps take you down to this beautiful beach at Gwynver, around the bay from Sennen Cove and the western extremities of Cornwall. Gwynver means “white sea” in Cornish and unsurprisingly it is a fantastic surf spot. The steps are key to accessing the beach and the South West Coastal path and provide a memorable cardio workout when it’s time for home. The painting is painted in oil on canvas following our visit in September 2024. The canvas measures 24x20 inches (61x51cm) and is framed in a white wooden floating frame.
