Morning Swimmers, Bamaluz Beach, St Ives

“They come to the beach at the start of the day, to enrich and renew and wash their stresses away”. Morning Swimmers at Bamaluz Beach is inspired by those early morning bathers who choose this beautiful little beach around the corner from the harbour in St Ives, for their morning dip, viewed from the harbour wall above. The painting is painted in mixed media, primarily in acrylic, with the addition of some sand masquerading as the smaller rocks, on wooden board measuring 14x11 inches. The picture is framed in white wood.
